The China Sourcing Initiative (CSI) was launched in 2007 and is part of our Graduate Programme for students studying in the United States and Canada who are interested in relocating back to Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau to work for PwC China-Hong Kong after graduation.
We have dedicated recruiting professionals based in North America who will recruit students who are interested and meet them on campus or at PwC offices across North America. All CSI applicants will follow a selection process equivalent to the process for China and Hong Kong based applicants, but without having to travel to China or Hong Kong for it.
If you graduated from university in the United States or Canada in 2016 or will be graduating before September of 2017, you can join our Graduate Programme through CSI.
Both Bachelor and Master graduates of all disciplines are welcome but you have to be eligible to work in Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau without a working visa.

You will be able to meet our PwC professionals based in North America and get a sense of what it is like working in our PwC China-Hong Kong firm. As the Asia Pacific markets continue to grow, you will be able to be a part of many exciting career opportunities in the professional services field as an individual with global exposure.
Invitations will be sent out between mid-September to mid-October for shortlisted candidates to complete a series of three online aptitude tests under the following four areas - logical reasoning, verbal & numerical reasoning, English language skills, and personality / cultural fit.
